A blue screen with a sad face, restarts in a loop, or Windows stuck on "Preparing automatic repair" are usually caused by an update, a driver, a program, or a part that's starting to fail.
I find which one, fix it and keep your files. If a part is failing, I tell you before replacing anything.

Most repairs don't touch your data. When a reinstall is needed, the "reinstall + data backup" service saves your documents, photos, desktop and bookmarks first and restores them afterward.
