I open it, clean the fans and heat sinks, and replace the thermal paste. Gaming laptops like Alienware, ROG, Razer, MSI and Legion take longer to open and have their own price.
Drop-off is by appointment. I'm often out on house calls, so please call or text before coming by. On-site visits available.

Most repairs don't touch your data. When a reinstall is needed, the "reinstall + data backup" service saves your documents, photos, desktop and bookmarks first and restores them afterward.
