Small office network setup (LAN)

New office, moving desks, or a network that keeps dropping: router, switch, Wi-Fi access points and cabling.

Questions

Do I need a contract?

No. Hourly, or a fixed quote per project.

Which areas?

Palos Verdes, San Pedro, Lomita, Torrance and the South Bay.

How much does a diagnostic cost?

$45 per device, for any problem, including a computer that won't turn on. It's waived if you go ahead with the repair, and there's no charge if it can't be fixed.

Are parts included?

Each price is marked. "Part included" means the price is all-in. "+ part" means I quote the part for your exact model before ordering, so you know the full total before you say yes. You can also bring your own part.

Will I lose my files?

Most repairs don't touch your data. When a reinstall is needed, the "reinstall + data backup" service saves your documents, photos, desktop and bookmarks first and restores them afterward.
