The replacement is matched to your laptop's voltage, wattage and plug and tested on your laptop before you leave. If the charger tests fine, the problem is the port or the battery instead.
Drop-off is by appointment. I'm often out on house calls, so please call or text before coming by. On-site visits available.

Questions
Can I just buy a cheap charger online?
You can, but a wrong wattage or a poor-quality charger can charge slowly or damage the battery. I match it to your model.
How much does a diagnostic cost?
$45 per device (free during the October offer). It's waived if you go ahead with the repair, and there's no charge if it can't be fixed.
Are parts included?
Each price is marked. "Part included" means the price is all-in. "+ part" means I quote the part for your exact model before ordering, so you know the full total before you say yes. You can also bring your own part.
Will I lose my files?
Most repairs don't touch your data. When a reinstall is needed, the "reinstall + data backup" service saves your documents, photos, desktop and bookmarks first and restores them afterward.
